I have been a Chartered Electrical Engineer with the IET for 20 years. This was awarded on the basis of an Honours degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and of course the relevant project accreditation. This has allowed me to gain a wealth of experience in many different fields including Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Defence, Mining, Civil, Water and Rail traction Power.
I have been either the Senior Project Manager or Project Director in several high-profile projects such as the Adelaide Rail Electrification, ‘The World’ Project, Dubai, Moreton Bay Rail Electrification utilising SFC technology and the Kangaroo Island 33kV Marine Cable installation, which is the longest continuous cable install in Australia.

John Hollingworth - Senior Partner

My Mechanical engineering experience involves many aspects of mechanical calculation and design including recent works in cutting edge development of a worldwise based heat energy storage system. (See 1414Degrees.com.au).

Cement plant feasibility studies with some being developed into full design and construct. Plant redevolpment and upgrade in the food processing industry and other mechanical based design such as the Mobile Access Platform for safe truck loading/unloading.

Other works as a quality engineering of a large desalination plant and design engineering of gold plants, (primarily in infrastructure). A majority of this was the design and installation of all types of water, pumping reticulation and storage.  Included was design for 3 Reverse Osmosis plants, potable and plant water systems along with sewage and a expansion of an existing waste water treatment plant.
